My health craze food made by me :D
Breakfast every morning: Muesli mix of porridge oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds and raisins added with skimmed milk and a teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
Then Lunch pretty much varies.
Scrambled egg with french beans, spinach and chicken breast accompanied with freshly squeezed orange juice.
Herb roasted chicken with steamed carrots + french beans and boiled eggs.
Smoked chicken breast, mashed chick peas and broccoli, steamed french beans.
Scrambled egg with tuna, french beans and oregano chicken.
Pack lunch for myself so that I can save money.
Baked chicken breast, baby carrots, broccoli and boiled eggs.
Pretty much the same thing as the previous one.
Mid afternoon snack.
Hummus on Hi Fibre Jacobs Biscuit and Freshly squeezed orange juice.
Dinner made by my sister.
Smoked wings, asparagus + broccoli with teriyaki sauce. Corn soup at the side! *nom*
Then I have a sweet tooth so I go crazy baking.
Hot Milk Sponge Cake.
